I am writing to say Thank You! My husband and I were searching for a second home; one to use as a weekend get-away and family holidays. We are so thankful for Dave Hill. Through 6 moves, we have worked with lots of real estate agents. We have never experienced service like Dave’s. From the first day that we met, Dave was more than an agent. He truly cared about making our dream come true with the perfect cabin for our family. He took the time to get to know us and quickly knew just what we would like. He found the perfect little piece of paradise in no time. He worked tirelessly on every detail until the day we moved in, and continues to take care of us today. Dave is more than an agent, more than a friend, he is like family. It warms my heart to see how much he cares about us. I don’t have to worry about asking for anything from Dave… he usually anticipates our every need and takes care of it before I can even ask!
Every time we invite friends and family to our cabin, I tell them the story of how my daughter and I accidently met the agent on call one day, we became friends while driving around for hours in his truck, and how he was at our cabin on moving day, at 8:00 in the morning, on his riding mower! He said he just couldn’t bear the thought of us moving in with the grass in need of mowing. That is just one of the many examples of how Dave’s big heart drives his hard work.
Dave has truly made our dreams come true and I’m thankful for him every time I turn the key in the door of our family cabin. We will be friends for years to come, and many memories will be made… thanks to that lucky day when Dave answered the phone at Brawley and Associates.

This was my first experience purchasing a home by myself and working with Dave was an easy, low stress process. Dave was so helpful with each step from showing property, closing, and he even helped me locate laborers for a few repairs. I have a new friend in Dave and feel confident he will be happy to help if ever there is a need.
