Debbi Brawley, Principal Broker
Brawley & Associates Real Estate
Debbi grew up in the Arkansas Delta town of West Helena. She lived in Little Rock for 18 years, but finally left a career as a physician recruiter to stay home with her daughter, Rachel. She found her calling in life when she began to sell real estate after moving to the Greers Ferry Lake area in 2000. She has a firm commitment to helping her clients find the property that is perfect for them and works diligently to find that match.
Her expertise is with waterfront and water view properties, but she also enjoys selling acreage. Her enthusiasm and love for the area come from many years of visiting Greers Ferry Lake during summer vacations and living on the lake for seven years. Her integrity, strong work ethic and tenacity have helped her build a reputation that keeps her clients coming back. Her goal is to provide a stress-free, smooth transaction, and she strives for complete client satisfaction through superior service & strict confidentiality.
Her belief in home ownership even extends beyond Greers Ferry. She has traveled with her church to Haiti and Guatemala to help build houses and churches, and finds great reward in handing a key over to a family thankful to have a warm, dry place to live. Debbi's dream has always been to live in the Ozark Mountains. Now she wants to help you achieve that dream also.

When Loretta moved here with her two girls in 1992, it didn't take them long to understand why the Greers Ferry Lake Area is so popular with families. They lived in North Little Rock for many years, but had always loved the idea of living near a beautiful lake. The opportunity to spend their weekends boating, skiing and swimming was enough to make the move. They were soon settled into their new home near the lake, and they set out to get to know the area. They discovered that this lush, green, mountain country, with its cool breezes were not the only things that made for a wonderful place to live. Soon, their girls were enrolled in a safe, excellent school, with caring and devoted teachers. The merchants and shopkeepers in town were helpful and friendly. They got to know them all by name, because they were also their neighbors. They had found a place that had a genuine sense of community. Because she has lived in the area for so long, Loretta knows all of the hidden developments that aren't readily visible from the main highways - one of the great advantages of working with a real estate agent in this area. You know exactly what you want, and she knows just where to look for it. Loretta would love the chance to be your personal broker and she looks forward to having you as a neighbor!

Dave Hill, REALTOR®
Dave and his wife Brenda made their first trip to the Greers Ferry Lake area on their honeymoon. Over the years, they kept coming back to camp or stay in cabins and fish for trout on the Little Red River. Dave was fortunate that he owned a manufacturer’s rep agency whose territory included Arkansas. That enabled him to move to Heber Springs in 1993 in time for their youngest son to go through high school there. Their other two sons moved to the area six years later. Dave and Brenda soon joined the chamber of commerce and got involved with Christmas Lights in the Park and the World Championship Cardboard Boat Races. In 2000 Dave served as president of the Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce. He has served as V.P. Membership of the Arkansas Community Development Society, and has worked with his wife in the Cleburne County Relay for Life and the Cleburne County Community Foundation. He is an active member of Quitman United Methodist Church. Dave enjoys fishing and restoring his vintage Honda motorcycles. Landscaping their new home will be his spring project.
