Debbi grew up in the Arkansas delta town of West Helena and comes from a big family of hard-working farmers. She lived in Little Rock for 18 years, but finally left a career as a physician recruiter to stay home with her daughter, Rachel. She found her calling in life when she began to sell real estate after moving to the Greers Ferry Lake area in 2000. She has a firm commitment to helping her clients find the property that is perfect for them and works diligently to find that match. Her expertise is with waterfront and water view properties, but she also enjoys selling acreage. Her enthusiasm and love for the area come from many years of visiting Greers Ferry Lake during summer vacations and living on the lake for seven years. Her integrity, strong work ethic and tenacity have helped her build a reputation that keeps her clients coming back. Her goal is to provide a stress-free, smooth transaction, and she strives for complete client satisfaction through superior service & strict confidentiality. Her belief in home ownership even extends beyond Greers Ferry. She has traveled with her church to Haiti and Guatemala to help build houses and churches, and finds great reward in handing a key over to a family thankful to have a warm, dry place to live. Debbi’s dream has always been to live in the Ozark Mountains. Now she wants to help you achieve that dream also.

Brown, Agent Terri was born and raised in Memphis but since her teenage years had been coming to Greers Ferry lake to hike, bike, and boat. She worked in real estate in Memphis but when her family got the opportunity to move to Greers Ferry she took it. For years her family had loved the Greers Ferry area and when her children decided that they wanted to wakeboard competitively she and her husband took the chance and made the move. And what a terrific move it was. Terri is a baseball coach for the little league in Greers Ferry. She is also very involved in West Side school. After years of having children in a very large school she wasn't sure how the kids would adjust but the school family took them in and made them feel like they had been going there all of their lives. She states "The whole community is like a family, everyone watches out for each other. That is what I wanted for my children, teachers and other parents that wanted nothing more than to help keep my children safe and push them to strive for their goals, and that is what I got. " She loves the idea of helping people make the same move she did. It took some adjustment on her part to slow down a little in life but with the help of her real estate agent and many others in the community her adjustment was smooth and pleasant.
